How often can I skip a week?

You can skip any week from your customer dashboard. Simply log in and manage your subscription preferences. We ask that you submit changes before the weekly cutoff deadline so your order can be adjusted in time.

How does the side menu work?

Every week subscribers get access to add-on side items — think roasted veggies, rice, or on-the-go snacks — at checkout. One free treat is included automatically with every order starting from week two of your subscription.

Can I customize my meals?

Yes! You can select from the weekly menu to build your own box. We offer protein, carb, and fat macro profiles across all meals so you can match your fitness and dietary goals.

Signing up for ReBuilt Meals is completely commitment-free - there is no contract, no cancellation fee, and no long-term obligation.

How does the free sweet treat work?

Starting with your 2nd order, you will receive 1 completely free sweet treat included in your weekly order. Cancelling your subscription will remove the free treat.

Can I pick my own meals or do you choose for me?

Both! You can browse the weekly menu and pick your favorites, or let our team curate a box based on your preferences. Either way, the menu changes every week.

How is this different from Factor or HelloFresh?

We're a local Tampa Bay kitchen, not a national shipping operation. Your meals are prepared fresh (never frozen), cooked in olive oil, and delivered to your home or available for pickup. National companies ship frozen food from across the country to help you cook dinner. We eliminate cooking altogether.

Where are the pickup locations?

We have Local Pick Up Locations available throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. Pick Up Location bags are delivered to refrigerators over the weekend and available for pick up on Monday. Check out our Pick Up Location's map to find the location closest to you!
